Import necessary libraries for the draw_pedigree function.

@jeromekelleher There is a warning message coming out that says that we need to fix the html_theme_options dict in the conf.py file. It was also raised as an error in https://github.com/tskit-dev/tskit-site/pull/191, and we might need to fix it.
