Quickstart documentation #125

I felt the quickstart page of tstrait is too brief (https://tskit.dev/tstrait/docs/stable/quick-start.html). Instead, I think it should be more comprehensive like msprime (https://tskit.dev/msprime/docs/stable/quickstart.html), such that users can just look at the quickstart page to use the sim_phenotype function.
