2-RE-node output from kwARG conversion needs flags setting #325

The convert_kwarg function returns an ARG in the 2-RE-node format, but doesn't flag up these nodes using the special msprime node flags, so it doesn't play nicely with the tskit_arg_visualizer. I guess it's easy to add the flags.
