Closes #153 Updated auth.js so no changes needed when swapping auth0 and dbAuth Updated auth0.js and dbAuth.js to be more similar Updated email.js to work and fail gracefully Updated onCreate...Email.js to fail gracefully Updated AboutComponent to show proper button based on auth authProviders Updated EditMyProfileCell to allow self-delete Updated FormComponent to include "Delete" when roles allow Updated EditUserCell to work properly for deletes
