Remove avatar feature #71

concern is you make a call to gravatar or unicorn pictures, but users may not want ot share they have been to this site to them, gravatar and other avatar sites will know you were here.

After some more looking this doesnt need to be part of this. We should remove the properties for avatars, and we should remove the md5email calcualted field.

This has been removed.
