Make sure LoadItems works #39

This should happen after

  1. Queue create
  2. Purchase order creates
  3. Queue processes
  4. Loaditems

This is now working. I had to set a default copy location in YAOUS because there weren't any identified in my .mrc file.

Also, it didn't upload call numbers for SYS1 and I think that might be because that org unit is set not to have volumes. But I think this works.
