Upload of custom file extentions #10

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Adding any extra extensions other than swf
2. trying to upload any of the extra extentions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect for the file to be uploaded and viewable
Instead I see upload failure please try again

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.2, my server is linux based but I dont know what distro
My PC is Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't think this is a server error because if I add swf files they upload
perfect the way you would expect but anything else just fails

Have you tried increasing the maximum upload side in your php.ini file? By
default
mine was set to 2M. I upped it to 20M.

You'll need to ask your host where theirs is. Most hosts do not allow their
users to
edit it unless you have a dedicated server, however it is worth a shot.
