No namespace #7

This removes the namespace from erlydtl, given there is only a single command (compile) perhaps a namespace makes things more complicated then needed?

NOTE: I'm uncertain about this and weather one or the other is better but wanted to bring it up for discussion.

Without the namespace we can't add an erlydtl clean command.
