Sorry for my few description about this example. For this github example to work, please register the following.

  1. Please register your bot in Microsoft Bot Framework, and fill your bot id, your app id of the bot, and app secret of the bot in both AuthDemoBot/Web.config and AuthDemoWeb/Web.config.

  2. Please register your Azure AD application and grant the delegated permission of "Read user mail" in Exchange Online resource. Your application's redirect uri must be "https://[Web app name].azurewebsites.net". This registration is needed for Office 365 subscription. After that, please fill your app id and app secret in AuthDemoWeb/Web.config, and app url (AppWebSite) in both AuthDemoBot/Web.config and AuthDemoWeb/Web.config.

In the following post, you can run the completed example in Skype.

Thanks
