OG/meta tags for rich snippets when shared #8

This does not need to be huge, right now there's nothing. Just a rich snippet which includes the post title would be enough, maybe an image if there is one. Hopefully there's a really lightweight plugin for this.

Did try https://wordpress.org/plugins/heateor-open-graph-meta-tags/ but it didn't play nicely with the nonstandard WP_CONTENT_DIR so I just rolled this simple thing

There were issues with this when testing on staging:

I skipped posts that don't have a title, but a lot of the single-image uploads from my phone don't have titles (see /2018/10/06/1497/)
On category archives, the category title was written twice

Okay this should do for now, I think. Hard to test outside Production. Tags are error-free but we'll see how well the sharing experience is in messaging applications before further revisions
