Remove legacy #47

Change semihlab/connx|onnx-connx to tsnlab/* (on CI, README)
Remove TEMPLATE_* template engine (it also caused a few bugs. so fixed it)
Apply clang-format
Skip pytest job test_identity_opt_*. This takes 6h+ on Github ci

Improvment

Now support #line preprocessor for jinja templates (which imported from another jinja template) for easy debugging
