Modify the "source column" interface #16

It should be a fixed hight div with multiple radio buttons for each column. The button should be separated by table with the description beside them.

When I first started the the idea of having to select a single column, first and formost, really through me. Maybe because i was so used to doing SELECT * and SELECT DISTINCT(*).

Maybe we could first have a list of tables, then once a table is selected, have a list of all columns in that table. It would cut down on information overload...
