Hi Mr. Zozin. This adds support for loading tracks from command line arguments. I don't know if this breaks gaming OS support. I hope you like this PR and it isn't insulting.

This is a new feature. As per https://github.com/tsoding/musializer/blob/0f03338d51b083d19418047769efa1794321c39a/CONTRIBUTING.md#L7 I don't accept new features, sorry.
