Add running rainbow effect #53

Little effect to animate rainbow to it look more alive I dont know bug it is or feature. If music is not playing animation animation still running, but it not looks bad =)

@lohopupa hi! Thank you for the PR! As per Contribution Rules I don't accept PR that add features, sorry.

In the future I plan to add the system that enables you to customize the visualization with your own logic. Probably through a plugins. So this kind of stuff will be possible to put into a separate plugin.
