Refresh is better but loses facility data and won't populate facilities modal #176

Hmm, works sometimes, but i think the big issue matches issue #165 - the dashboard controller is trying to get the facility id before userInfo can set it.

Updated the routes called in the dashboard to only require the token. Dashboard seems to be fully functional on refresh now!
