Here is what I added 1) New panel that will allow people to stop following creatures, show siblings, and show grandparents (when the creature is selected). 2) Added a Sweave document for R studio that auto generates a PDF with graphs.

This looks good. Could the background color of the buttons change when they're toggled?

Also, would this resolve #208?

I let a couple generations reproduce. I really like what this visualizes! Good work.

Yeah, I originally tried to toggle the colors but the panel didn't seem to allow me to update the - but it is still something definitely worth playing around with.

I looked at it... there's a few things I want to fix up with buttons so we can toggle their color easily. For now this is great.
