Add New 404 Templates

Description

This PR adds new 404 templates to the 404-templates repository. The templates use tsParticles for particle animations, following the requirements specified in the issue. Each template is added as a separate folder with the necessary HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files. A screenshot image is also included for each template. The "pages.json" file is updated to include entries for the new templates. Additionally, the "404.js" file in the "desert" template is modified to customize the particle animation configuration.
