Description

This PR adds a new 404 error template to the project. The new template is located under the 'links/new_template' directory and includes an HTML file, CSS file, and JavaScript file. The README.md file has also been updated to include a new section for the new template.

Summary of Changes

Created a new HTML file 'links/new_template/404.html' with the basic structure of a 404 error page.
Created a new CSS file 'links/new_template/css/style.css' for styling the new template.
Created a new JavaScript file 'links/new_template/js/404.js' for adding interactivity to the new template.
Modified the README.md file to include a new section for the new template, providing a brief description and a link to its live preview.

Please review and merge this PR to add the new 404 error template to the project.
