Add StringComparison option for Case Sensitivity #138

Changes

Add StringComparison field to use .NET enum
- The actual object is only used for LINQ, the CaseSensitiveComparison is determined from this field
Add to SqlExecutor to use case sensitive queries dependent on language

Let me know if there is a more intuitive approach for how to set this up, it works for now but I think it can be cleaned up a bit. I left Mongo alone for now, I'm not sure how to handle that yet.
