Times for switching #24

The program needs to record and display the average switching time. That is, 
the time between choice 1 and choice 2 when 1 is {A or B} and 2 is {C or D}. 
Non-switching times is {A or B} followed by {A or B}.

So, there should be a total of three times:
- average response time
- average non-switching response time
- average switching response time

The game now tracks switching and non-switching times. Note that it does not 
count the response time for the first trial toward either statistic since there 
was no previous task to switch from.
The response time for the first trial does count toward the total average 
response time.
