Coding Standards & Spacing #18

Fix most of the pylint problems without rewriting any code. e.i. spacing and variable naming.

new-lint.txt old-linter.txt

The old one is what the linter had for output before the changes. The new-lint.txt file shown what it looks like with these changes.
