Koa'ki Meiru Guardian #230

There seems to be an issue when Koa'ki Meiru Guardian is on the field as the only monster and the turn ends. It sometimes doesn't show the required prompt (missing message handler?), but in other situations it works just fine. Needs further inspection.

this bug seems to be outdated. I recently played this card and it worked flawlessly.
