Run Create obfuscation configuration from the project #6

It would be useful if we could right click on a project and run the "create
obfuscation configuration" from there instead of only on MANIFEST.MF.

It is tedious to open every project to find the MANIFEST.MF file when we
want to run them in a batch.

Nice idea. I will add the action to Plugin projects as well.

Need direction, help!!
I am able to generate the proguard configuration file for my project, but don't 
know how to generate the proguard mapping file. Is there any menu option to do 
that?
