Confirm dialog for transfers or/and prauthorization of devices #10

Seems to me that since the clients autofind each other anyone with dukto 
installed could transfer files to my phone or pc. A confirmation dialog or 
prior authorization of devices should be implemented. this is an awesome app :)

I second this request. The app is great but the fact that anyone can send 
anybody a file without authorization can be even considered a security problem. 
Just a confirmation dialog would solve the problem.
