Not a issue, list of required package on debian #29

I haven't found a clear list of package (from debian repo) required to compile 
umurmur on debian.

So, there is the mine. I hope it will help others.
I think the good place for it should be your wiki.

aptitude install libconfig8 libconfig++8
aptitude install libconfig8-dev libconfig++8-dev
aptitude install protobuf-c-compiler  protobuf-compiler  libprotobuf-c0 
libprotobuf-c0-dev
aptitude install libssl-dev
