Mute icon not changing on unmute #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. User x connects and then mute self
2. User y connects
3. User x unmutes 
4. User y still sees user x as muted (overcrossed mouth) although y hear user x 
talk

Unmuting should be noticed by the client.
