Support for adding users from freepbx extensions.
This will allow extensions created in freepbx to 
chat without adding user in prosody config.

Hi, what does FreePBX use to store its user information? I suspect the solution 
is
simply allowing Prosody to use that format.

Freepbx uses Mysql database,So prb a module that can read the database table 
and create 
correspoding user.

Ok, thanks - accepting as a possible future enhancement (but can't work until at
least 0.8, which has SQL support).
