More binaries #1322

It would be nice to have more binaries for Linux or something that works out of the box. snap is nice but it was such a non-solution.

Do the linux-musl binaries not work for you?

@hgezim Yes, the musl binary is intended for general use on linux, does that not work for you?

Are there going to be arm builds and can lnav be compiled for arm64 at all? I see that arm builds are disabled in the actions workflow. Currently trying to run the musl-x86_64 build on box64 emulator fails with segfault.
