The following actions are missing:

• [x] citiroc_daq_set_hvps_temp()
• [x] citiroc_daq_set_citi_temp()
• [x] citiroc_daq_set_hvps_volt()
• [x] citiroc_daq_set_hvps_volt()
• [x] MSS_TIM64_stop()

NOTE: That last action may trigger the first four, if stopping the timer triggers the IRQ!
