+1 failing constantly after upgrade to latest 0.19.1

Downgraded to 0.18.5 and haven't seen given error popup for last 24h .

Maybe you're using an older version of bootstrap. Check for that in your header

Have to say that upgrade to latest 0.20.0 fixed an issue for me.
