Update to Ubuntu 22.04 and add cleanup command to dockerfile #3

Thank you for your pull request. However, upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 are not acceptable. Debian packages built on Ubuntu 20.04 will generally work on Ubuntu 22.04. However, Debian packages built on Ubuntu 22.04 will most likely not work on Ubuntu 20.04. For this reason, I have purposely fixed the build OS for Debian packages to 20.04.

On this repo https://github.com/jellyfin-sandbox/jellyfin-packaging/actions/runs/8134156843/job/22226698362#step:8:2360, when building we get this error but I don't know how to fix it, thought that if Ubuntu was updated it could maybe resolve the problem.

Thanks. Merged. From the logs it looks like there is a wayland dependency issue going on, but it is indeed puzzling. At least it works on NanoPi R6S in Debian 11 Bullseye. I don't have time to solve your problem, but I hope it works.
