Add a role Swift

Verify an order of instructions can be change from the official document to be instruction simpler. An order of instructions changed are below.

• Create endpoint (on controller nodes)
• Install components and configure for swift-proxy (on controller nodes)
• Create account, container, object ring (on controller nodes)
• Install components and configure storage node (on storage nodes)

• Create internal a config of internal client

• Distribute ring files from controller/swift-proxy node (to storage node)
• Change permission of configuration files
• Restart daemons
• Verify Swift status

The order of instructions are OK. I will implement a role Swift with this order.
