[NEW BUILD - DEFAULT / 20w13b] Torus hotfix, paints. #1669

Okay a quick hotfix with hopefully a fix for the folks who had issues with the Torus. I was not able to reproduce the issue so tell if it works for you. Also following the paint feedback I bumped up the saturation on tweak the blue a bit. Cheers

I haven't had a chance to boot the game up since the last update but the torus seems fine to me

You have a nvidia or a AMD? It was yet again an AMD issue.
