[New build - DEFAULT] 20w18e: Entity Button in CODEX

Use the new entity tab in player CODEX to save Blueprints, replacing the starting block to export blueprint.

Change and Features:

• New entity button in CODEX.
• Ship power and heat balance HUD info
• Starting block open load screen directly
• Ship preview quality improved
