[New build - DEFAULT] 20w20c: Hovercraft player options

The hovercraft now have several tweaking parameters to fit various design. Make sure to re-open your hovercraft computer to tweak the values.

Changes:

• New Children entity collision logic. Should be faster and of better quality.
• New fullscreen mode: fullscreen, Borderless, Windowed.
• Hovercraft Computer new config screen
• Hovercraft settings: Strength, Damping, ride height, anti-roll, anti-pitch, auto-roll on turn.
• Repulsor settings: Strength. Use this to tweak to adjust the center of thrust to your center of mass.
• Character is less likely to get stuck under terrain.
• Player will only lock to an entity while stepping into a gravity field.

Suggestions:

2047 Display of center of mass and thrust as arrow.

Bug Fixes:

2041 Help message for no forward thrust.

2043 Wrong Center of Mass linked to children entity.
