20w26c: No confirmation when deleting characters

Short Description of the issue:

I was try to close the character select window and the button for deleting characters looks just like it and is right next to it.

• Starship EVO version: early-access 20w26c

More confirmations when you delete things would be great in general, like a check when you Unspawn an entity or when you replace one with a new blueprint with the starter block. We've had a few new players lose progress on their ships by accidentally deleting things, so a confirmation window for these situations would be perfect.
