[Suggestion] Sound Players #2610

A sound player, with a certain radius set in the menu that can play user-made sound files. People could find tons of really neat uses for custom sounds in their builds, I'm sure of it! Thanks for the hard work tsuna, I'm a big fan!

Thanks for the cheer up! Yes that could be fun, but there is a lot of complication, like networking.
