[Suggestion] Some sort of resizable sphere tool #2651

Works like the resizable blocks except its a sphere. When its enlarged, its hollow.

No support, the problem is that it would look out of place with the current blocks, and current tech wouldn't support placing blocks on the sphere. It also does not complement the other blocks very well.
