[Progress Blocker] Loading Art remains in front of game viewport

.....................### Short Description of the issue: After ~5 minutes of load time, game world loads only to be covered by the Shuko art loading screen.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Boot game
Create character
Observe

Environment

Starship EVO version: 20w34a
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M with 2GB of GDDR5

Additional information:

Update: Reinstalled on main C:/ to fix. Was previously attempting to run from External HDD from main Steam Library. output_log.txt Crash_2020-08-25_033217811.zip

@MrJDR so the game is not running on your GT750M but on the motherboard intel GFX card. Direct3D: Version: Direct3D 11.0 [level 11.1] Renderer: Intel(R) Iris(TM) Pro Graphics 5200 (ID=0xd26) I would suggest to look at your windows settings, not sure where it is set! Cheers

@MrJDR Do you have Nvidia Optimus downloaded? You need it if you have a Nvidia Graphics card and Intel on a laptop.
