[Suggetion] More realistic planet spawn algorithm #3109

Version 43A As of now planets are generated in clusters seemingly centred around a gas giant, with the star being side-lined long way away from them. My idea is that they should be generated around the star.

they should be generated around the star already. That being said each planet has a few satellites.
