Strange structures in the sky above ring world and missing buildings and ships

Short Description of the issue:

Please note: This is after starting a fresh game after the Interstellar update in the stable branch. Regarding the missing buildings and ships and probably related to #3271, I had logged out of the game while in space, in a different star system from the one where all my buildings and ships were located on the ring world. When I warped back to the star system and flew back to the ring world, it was like a fresh ring world. No buildings, not even the new-game starter buildings.

Now to the strange structures; While landing my ship I started to see strange large girder structures appearing. They looked quite cool and ominous, but never the less looked like a bug.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

I haven't confirmed yet;

1. Pace buildings and ship on a ring world (the starter one in a new game is a good place)
2. Use a ship to warp to a different star system.
3. While in space, quit the game.
4. Start up again and fly to the original star system.

Environment

• Starship EVO version: 20w46b
• Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce RTX2060

Additional information:

One thing to mention; When I was in space, before logging out, I had parked near a space-station which was in the process of slowly building itself (ie sections where appearing while I watched).

I've just gone back into the game and the structures have disappeared. Typical, I was going to explore them :)
