[BUG] Holo projectors do not project #3636

Short Description of the issue:

holo projectors will not project ...

Steps to reproduce the issue:

place down a holo and activate it ...

(also idk if i like the new holo SFX they seems a little extra loud and the holo off sounds like someone breathing)

after flying away from and then flying back it seems that one of my projectors has started to work
