[New build - EXPERIMENTAL] 21w21b: Station Computer and hotfixes #3825

A new Space station computer brick is added, to be placed on stations or station module. You can toggle the "anchor" that will force the station to remain stationary. You can also specify the module type if applicable (to be used later by the procedural generation).

Furthermore this build contains many hotfixes following the neovox update:

Bugfixes:

3802 SHIFT Rotate keybind not working.

3805 Removing bricks does not update stats.

3806 Hoverpod weak stats.

3812 Cannot place addon in local grid mode.

3814 Build Range too high compared to delete / paint range.

3809 Small decals have a vertical size on flat surface.

3810 Decal on wedge can be clipped.

3808 Hinge incorrect collisions.

3816 Rail addon cannot stack.

3819 Custom paint not loading on save reload.

3820 Emissive light missing in item icon.

3821 Color emissive formula tweaked.

3798 Overlap check with children entity incorrect.

3804 Addon incorrect scale with grid size different than 1m.

When fist launching a saved world, there was a 30 second time frame that my the game was in hiccup mode and heavily lagging dropping down to unplayable frame rates.

After this, it has smoothed out to a solid 185 FPS when moving at x243 and a solid 240 FPS when in 1x movement!

Are the two "Hull Damaged" blocks supposed to be available to build with and visible in the Hull blocks section of the codex?

Since you are looking for a tutorial station, I'd just like to resurface this older post https://github.com/tsunamayo/Starship-EVO/issues/2817 where I suggested a 30 degree, 45 degree, and 60 degree modular connector. One of the issues with the station comp is when (manually) put together, all the stations were very grid-like and samey. Adding in angles will help the stations become a bit less rigid.

I'm not sure if the tutorial station thing has been thought out yet, but I'd love to start a conversation about what you are looking for. Particular style, moduability type, size (aprox), detail, added features, etc.

So far, I haven't noticed any inter-entity collision check issues that were plaguing my building experience before, so that's definitely a huge plus!

I really appreciate all the bugfixes and the station anchor is a GODSEND! Finally I can lounge around a station not worrying about NPCs bumping my ship around 😄

However, there is a return of #3821 but WITH A VENGEANCE. Somehow, it's even less accurate now! And it feels like there's no difference between colours which show a massive difference on normal blocks and stickers.
