Game crashes when creating a character #4596

Short Description of the issue:

Making a new character sends me to the loading screen and shortly crashes

...

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Make a new character and wait ...

@TanagrineHalo6 Hi, sorry to hear this. So it seems it is a driver issue. Could you make sure your Windows and GPU drivers are up to date? What is the rest of the config (CPU, are you using a laptop?) Thanks

@tsunamayo Hey! I've upgraded my GPU driver and there has been no unfortunately there has been no difference. I am on a desktop PC and my specs are the following;

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz, 3101 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

GPU: 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (EVGA)

RAM: 16GB

STORAGE TYPE: HARDRIVE

@TanagrineHalo6 Hi, sorry for the late reply! Is your windows up to date? What is the resolution of your monitor? There is clearly something wrong with the drivers according to the log.

Could you please zip me the content of the following folder?

@tsunamayo Hey! my windows is up to date and my monitors resolution is 1366 x 768

@TanagrineHalo6 I wonder if you could try a different resolution? something standard like 1280 * 720. What was your Fullscreen setting? Thanks

@tsunamayo I have tried 1280 720 with now luck unfortunately, I have also tried 1024 768 with no luck, My full screen settings are as follows

V-Sync Enabled Vignetting Disabled Chromatic aberration Enabled Anti aliasing Disabled Bloom Disabled Ambient occlusion Disabled
