22w50c - Fuel Piping Overlay does not work

Short Description of the issue:

I've noticed that the Fuel Piping Overlay hasn't been working for a few months. It used to be the case that when Active, it highlighted the pipes in a vibrant green and made them visible from vast distances. Now it doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Boot the title
2. Spawn the blueprint provided
3. Turn on the Fuel Piping Overlay in the Build Options menu and notice it doesn't work

• Starship EVO version: 22w50c
• Graphics Card: GTX 970M

Ah yes I should removed this, since the new tech is now different it dont work and dont make much sense to show it anyway. I will remove it.
