Gamebreaking BUG - Unintentional and unfixable no-clip and unable to interact with objects afte reloading game file #5147

Short Description of the issue:

When loading a newly created game file, once closed and loaded back again, I can't interact with anything and I pass through objects unintentionaly. Closing to desktop does not fix it.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Start the game (brand new installation) 2) create new sandbox file from scratch 3) playe, create a ship, bloy out into space 4) close back to menu 5) re-enter file.

Additional information:

As I show in the video below, no clip was deactivated, and nothing else in the debug options was interfering. See VIDEO here: https://youtu.be/op2eVdYh18k
