[23w29d] Planets - No Terrain Collision #5186

Short Description of the issue:

Trying to land on a Planet, the Terrain has absolutely zero Collision. I phase right through. Here is a video, with some F3 data at the end. Didn't know what would be useful for you, so I just enabled some things that seemed useful. https://youtu.be/M99rtuSdG3M

Steps to reproduce the issue:

I managed to fix it for this planet? First I tried a restart, did not help. Then, I tried verifying game Integrity via Steam, did not help. Then, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and moved back in the backup of my save. That worked. I don't know what could have broken that way for this to happen.
