[New build - DEFAULT] 24w02a: New Year Hotfixes #5408

This build delivers a few long standing fixes and improvements.

Changes:

Grab tool: maximum distance added
Grab tool: help message on how to vary distance.
Physics engine: Collision improved for items.
New Male idle animations.

Bugfixes:

Hand placement with joystick can be bugged if used with a third joystick.
4249 #4677 Flood light depth issue

5399 Wrong ore dropped by monoliths
Normal decal paint could sometime flicker
5391 Collector none setting not pulling items

5395 Wreck issues with mechanism and displays
Handheld: screen still showing text when unequiped
Handheld: weapon could teleport on game load

@tsunamayo looks like the fix for #5395 might have caused problems with mechanisms on all ships, I'm seeing seeing players can't activate them on their builds
