sometimes it can be nice to make sure to save your ship before making any large changes however that often includes multiple clicks to get from your inventory to the ship menu then to export, a nice QOL improvement would be the ability to hit a button (perhaps unbound by default so that accidental saves don't happen) to automatically export the blueprint, this could be helpful for experienced builders who may be sick of clicking through menus.
