[Survival Mode] the cave from mining tears out of existence #5724

Short Description of the issue:

was mining deep underground for iron, I came back to the surface to deposit 1k iron in my truck after I returned to mine again the place looks like it was ripped apart out of existence. Please check video

Steps to reproduce the issue:

This usually happens when yo go too much underground to mine resources
